We collect information you provide directly when you fill out our contact form:

• Message content

We also collect usage data automatically through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, time spent on pages, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location (country/city level). This data is anonymised and aggregated — we cannot identify you personally from it.

We do not collect payment information, passport or government ID details, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to fulfil the services you have requested. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

GA4 analytics data is used to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. No personally identifiable information is included in our analytics data.

3. How Your Data Is Stored and Processed

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service based in the United States. Submissions are delivered to our email inbox at hello@nizod.com and stored on Formspree's servers subject to their privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC through Google Analytics 4, subject to Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We have enabled IP anonymisation in our GA4 configuration.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

Our website uses the following cookies:

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — these are analytics cookies that help us understand website traffic. They are set by Google and persist for up to 2 years. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Turnstile may set a functional cookie to verify you are a human visitor. No personal data is stored by this cookie.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as required to respond to your enquiry and, if applicable, for the duration of any client relationship plus 3 years thereafter for record-keeping purposes.

GA4 analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted by Google.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to object to or restrict how we process your data
• The right to data portability (where applicable)

7. International Data Transfers

Nizod is based in India. When you submit our contact form, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States (Formspree servers). By using our contact form you consent to this transfer. Formspree participates in standard contractual clauses to ensure adequate data protection for transfers from the EU/UK.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our website, please contact us at hello@nizod.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
